Sajad Hussain Malik

I am Sajad Hussain Malik, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. SP) in Jammu and Kashmir, and I have had the privilege of being both a former international volleyball player and a national men's volleyball coach. Growing up in the Neel area of Banihal in Ramban district, my passion for volleyball began at an early age, and I started my career as a player at the local level. Since starting my coaching career in 2005, I have successfully integrated my love for sports with my commitment to public service. I emphasize the values of discipline, teamwork, and personal growth in my coaching philosophy, which has allowed me to earn respect and admiration within my community. I believe in the power of sports as a tool for personal and professional development and strive for excellence in everything I do.
